Zach and the rest of the crew were incredible. High quality work and very professional. We've had Platinum Plumbing do a couple of mid-size jobs and will use them again if ever needed, regardless of the size of the job. Highly recommend!

Gary from Platinum Plumbing came to my house today to fix a bathtub that seemed to leak out the bottom. He couldn't recreate the problem. He tried everything. Very possibly, I did not close the plastic side all the way. I'll monitor it and be sure to call them if it happens again. Gary, and everyone I've dealt with at Platinum Plumbing are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, honest. After dealing with two unscrupulous contractors while I was still in Dallas and getting this place ready to move into on a timeline, I was starting to lose a lot of faith. Platinum Plumbing knows the value of honesty. It goes a long way. I will call ONLY them for all upcoming projects, and I will also recommend them to all my friends. Thanks again! November 21, 2024 Zach from Platinum came out and fixed the kitchen sinks in about 15/20 minutes. This is the third time Platinum had been here for 3 different problems. Always courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, on time, and their work is top of the line. I'm SO very glad I found this company. Thank you! M. McCormack

We had two new toilets installed, one of which we were going to move. Estimates for both were reasonable. Zach was very patient with the construction that was going on during his installations. He had to travel a ways to get to us but he was timely. We are very happy with the service before and after and will use Platnium Plumbing again if the need arises. Thank you Zach!
